Your tasks

The jobholder works as an Company Management System Expert with the following duties

  • Define, maintain & improve the governance, the necessary reference, standards and guiding principles for the management of the company business processes
  • Provide company process landscape & framework and support the business process owners in defining, updating and maintaining their business processes with an E2E perspective
  • Devise a company / quality management system with the required quality standards, directives and methods compliant with applicable external regulations, standards and internal rules
  • Seek to continuously improve the company management system and its application in operations based on assessments and feedback
  • Select, develop and maintain quality & process management methods & tools (incl. IT solutions and decision making support systems) which support on quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time and ensure their widespread implementation within the company
  • Establish & develop an empowered process community by building and strengthening the process thinking and improvement method competences, ensuring the right tools, trainings & learning solutions are available, being the subject matter expert for quality & process management, methods and tools
  • Possibly support the company's certifications with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.)

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Economic sciences, Supply Chain/Logistics and/or Business Management
  • You bring experience in Change Management, IT/Informationsystems, Quality- and Project Management
  • You have knowledge in Lean Management ans Six Sigma
  • Your IT skills are MS-Office
  • Your German and your English is fluent
  • You show deep understanding of and proven work experience with Aviation Quality Standards (e.g. AS / EN91**) and / or other Management System Standards
  • You have knowledge of and / or proven work experience in Change Management and / or Business Process Management
  • You have already worked in and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management and Material & Logistics processes
  • Good understanding of LEAN methodologies and tools (i.e. PPS, VSM) and has managed small or large Improvement Projects
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills, good teaching & facilitation skills
  • Good time / resource management skills, which will ensure prioritization and planning of activities, while managing conflicting demands
  • You are self-driven with a positive & pro-active mindset, relates well with individuals at all levels and works as a team player
  • Willingness to travel (primarily to Copenhagen) around 1x a month
