Your tasks

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work across the complete end to end supply chain and support the operational teams with the aim to improve the processes and value for the customer.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify improvement opportunities
  • Verify business processes and blocking points in order to gather requirements and data for a possible use of technologies for process automation
  • Provide accurate data analyses for different operational teams and present the findings 
  • Take part in complex projects with several departments within the organization
  • Develop solutions to improve performance within the supply chain environment based on advanced analytics and findings
  • Act as a coach for the functional teams
  • Support departments to implement the agreed improvement plans
  • Offer expert advice, progress tracking and support for project management to improve the supply chain processes for the future

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Engineering, ideally in Industrial Engineering
  • You are experienced in Engineering, IT/Informationsystems and Supply Chain
  • You have knowledge in Lean- and Project Management
  • Your IT skills are Java, Python and SQL
  • Your English is fluent
  • You show the ability to convince in a complex environment (to drive and support decision making across departments)
  • You are a quick learner with a collaborative way of working
  • You show Hands-on mindset and a pragmatic approach 
  • Willingess for flexible working hours (overtime if required)
