Your tasks

The Reliability Coordinator m/w(d) collects and analyses data (delays, pilot or maintenance reports, component changes, etc.)

that is generated by the operations of the company  fleets. These analyses are presented in the monthly reliability control board meeting

and reported to the national authorities. The aim of this position is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the companies maintenance.

  • Prepare and distribute the monthly reliability reports for the supported fleets for presentation to the national airworthiness authorities
    • On a daily basis, update the delay/cancellation reporting and summarize the events in one data base
    • Complement this information with extensive research in the archive database and corresponding feedback received from the fleet performance manager.
  • Provide a weekly report covering the technical dispatch reliability of all fleets that are supported by the company Technical Services
  • Review and analyse all component replacements of the previous month and create a statistical overview
  • Detection of rogue units
  • Raise requirements for engineering reliability investigations
  • Prepare the monthly Agendas of Reliability Control Board meeting for Airbus and Boeing.
  • Review (together with the engineering team) the newly issued authority requirements (ADs) and other OEM / authority information that might be relevant to the supported fleets.
  • Facilitate, present and chair the two monthly RCB meetings
  • Raise the minutes of meeting of the RCB, and distribute to the concerned action holder and participants of the RCB meeting.
  • Create and provide statistics on various reliability topics on demand to Senior Management
  • Administration and management of the repetitive defects service ‘ChronicX’
  • Set Up of TRAX to provide automated reliability reports
  • Work on cross-departmental projects 

Your Profile

  • Graduated  Engineer or similar accredited experience
  • Aircraft system knowledge highly desirable
  • First work experience desirable
  • Very good communications skills in English and German language (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of IT tools (Office products), profound knowledge of MS Access and MS Excel
  • TRAX highly desirable
  • Systematic and analytical thinking
  • Able to work under stress
  • Motivated, flexible and reliable
  • Capable of autonomous work
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team
